Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Five (5) years of experience in area of specialty.
• BSN degree in nursing or allied health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned department.
• Liaise between departments and coordinate daily activities including personnel, patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing optimization and scheduling to ensure proper department coverage.
• Support staff development, orientation, and training as directed.
• Participate in unit Quality Improvement activities and reports to leadership.
