Job summary
Westminster Point Pleasant, a waterfront continuing care retirement community near downtown Bradenton, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing - Clinical for a full-time role. The position focuses on staff development, quality improvement, and infection control within a nursing leadership team.

Qualifications
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and external agencies.
- Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care settings.
- CPR certification and RN licensure in Florida are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule learning experiences for facility staff, including nurses and CNAs.
- Utilize QAPI as the framework for the quality program in nursing.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives with the IDT.
- Oversee staff competency and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with DON and RHSD to review and revise policies.
- Monitor metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain infection control programs with regular data review.
