Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking full-time Clinical Instructors to oversee nursing students in clinical rotations at partner sites in the Greater Portland area. The role focuses on implementing the academic program and coordinating clinical experiences with Concordia University St.

Paul, with teaching responsibilities across clinicals and labs. Ideal candidates have MSN with RN licensure or BSN with MSN coursework, and prior teaching/precepting experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of professional nursing practice with MSN; five years with BSN preferred.
• Two+ years of teaching/precepting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in the clinical setting and online.
• Partner with Clinical Lead Faculty to ensure course alignment.
• Provide guidance for students on professionalism, practice, and research.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Partner staff and adjunct faculty as needed.
• Maintain and teach nursing knowledge and stay current with curriculum policies.
