Job summary

Orbis Education partners with Concordia University in St. Paul to offer an Accelerated BSN program. We seek a full-time Clinical Lab Instructor to supervise students in clinical and lab settings and support online learning.

Responsibilities include guiding professionalism, collaborating with partners, and keeping current with the nursing curriculum. The role requires BSN, MN RN licensure, and 3 years nursing practice; teaching experience is preferred and MSN enrollment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional nursing practice (required)
• 2 years teaching experience (preferred)
• BSN degree; willing to enroll in MSN
• MS degree in nursing preferred
• MN RN licensure required
• ongoing certifications encouraged

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in clinical/lab settings and via online learning
• Provide guidance on professionalism, practice and research in clinical/lab settings
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Partner and support clinical adjunct faculty
• Maintain and teach current nursing curriculum, policies and requirements
• Maintain clinical competence in area of nursing expertise
