Responsibilities

• Prepare course outlines, syllabi, and teaching materials in collaboration with course leads.

• Deliver instruction across lectures, demonstrations, lectures, clinicals, labs, and simulations in face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats.

It will report directly to the BSN and ABSN Program Directors and collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead. Responsibilities include: Preparing courses/ clinical/ simulation/ lab outlines and syllabi in collaboration with the course lead and track coordinator, developing content and lesson plans, and engaging in the selection of textbooks and other teaching aids necessary for the instruction of courses/ clinical/ simulation/ lab. Conduct instruction for courses in the nursing curriculum at a higher education level utilizing diverse teaching strategies. Teach pertinent subject matter using lectures, demonstrations, class discussions, clinicals, labs, simulations, and other appropriate modes of educational delivery in the face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid environment. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical partners. Participate in co-curricular activities such as department colloquia as needed.
