• Contributes to curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation; evaluates program outcomes.
• Develops and uses program assessments to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Maintains current professional practice knowledge to prepare students for contemporary nursing practice.
• Engages in scholarship, leadership, and change agent activities in line with college mission.
