Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience as Nursing Assistant or related field OR completion of two years of above high school with nursing-related courses
• Demonstrated KSAs: patient care planning, observing patient status, equipment usage, effective communication

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed nursing staff in caring for patients/residents across care levels.
• Provide care under close supervision and escalate questions to supervisors or higher-graded staff.
• Mentor and educate peers as needed.
• Contribute to completion of the nurse care plan and recovery of patients/residents.

Formation

One year above high school with courses related to Nursing Assistant occupation

Two years above high school in nursing care/health care field + KSAs
