Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience may be required depending on specialty.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Master’s degree in nursing OR obtain within 5 years of hire.
• CPR - American Heart Association or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Explores innovative teaching strategies on the clinical unit and provides quality instruction to groups and individuals.
• Maintains a safe environment and promotes patient safety initiatives.
