Rhodes State College is seeking an experienced nursing instructor to assist in clinical teaching under a faculty member's direction, delivering patient care in a clinical setting. The role involves facilitating nursing student instruction 4–12 hours per week, providing progress input under Ohio Administrative Code, and supervising students in clinical settings in alignment with the Nursing Program's philosophy.

Evening and weekend teaching may be required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of registered nurse experience required.
• Evening and weekend teaching availability as needed.
• Appreciation for and understanding of the community college mission.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate clinical instruction of nursing students (4–12 hours per week).
• Provide input to student achievement and progress under Ohio rules.
• Supervise students in clinical settings per Ohio laws.
• Support the Nursing Program philosophy and framework.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
