Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska.
• Education or experience in planning, developing, conducting and evaluating training or adult development courses.
• Knowledge of health care regulations and survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to new employees regarding state and federal regulations and the survey process for all licensed/certified health care facilities.
• Develop and present a variety of clinical and nonclinical training programs.
• Develop and modify course curriculums based on implementation of new or changed regulations.
• Accompany new employee(s) on their first facility survey.
• Ensure computer access for federal programs and all required federal training is completed by staff.
