Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and record health information and vital signs.
• Prepare and modify nursing care plans; assist with examinations and treatments; administer medications.
• Observe and report changes in health status and responses to medication.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care.
• Conduct clinical rounds to assess nursing needs and participate in care delivery.
