Job summary

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for night shift (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week. This role leads the Intermediate Care / Stepdown unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You'll work with the Director and Nurse Manager, oversee staffing, performance improvement, and staff development, and provide direct patient care as needed within the RN scope. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience; 1 year in leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned acute care unit.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff.
