Description:

Clinical Circulating RN with experience as a charge nurse. Operating Room experience required.

Position Purpose:

The [Nurse Supervisor] works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the [Surgery] to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. What You Will Do:

• Employment Type/Shift: [Weekends]
• Serve as the designated clinical leader for a patient care area, working under the supervision and in collaboration with the Department Director to plan and coordinate care.
• Contribute to daily performance and adherence to regulatory requirements, driving team results within the department.
• Implement departmental plans and priorities as identified by nurse leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
• Prior relevant leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience preferred.

Pay Range: $42.20 - $61.00

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the stated hourly range, with possible variation based on location.
