Rumford Community Home Corporation is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead the Skilled Nursing Care team in Rumford, ME. This full-time, day-shift role offers a competitive pay range and opportunities to shape patient care through strong supervision, policy adherence, and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (BSN preferred) with BLS and ACLS current, and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience including leadership responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with supervisory/leadership preferred.

Pay: $37.80 to $54.75

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING

• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.
• Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.
• Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.
