Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in medical, behavioral health, addiction, or withdrawal management settings preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with EHR and clinical documentation systems.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Workweek: 36 hours/week

Requirements:

• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Substance use disorder, detox, withdrawal management, or behavioral health experience.
• Trauma-Informed Care certification.
• CNML, CARN, or similar certification.
• Experience with quality improvement and staff development.
