Qualifications

• 5+ years of bedside nursing experience.

• RN license in good standing; CNS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level consultation on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Deliver staff and patient education on care plans.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes.
• Provide health care services to patients.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care.
