Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona invites Master’s-prepared Clinical Nurse Specialists to apply as CNS- APRN. You will serve as clinical expert and nursing leader, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes across specialty areas.

The CNS works as a leader across Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, and Organization/System, participating in the nursing leadership team. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a CNS focus.
• Nursing CNS certification preferred.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs.
• DNP preferred.
• Five years of nursing experience with two years in the specialty area preferred.
• Must be free of problematic substance use for two years prior to hire.
• PCU or Critical Care background required.
