The Clinical Supervisor will support the Medical Center's 6NW floor for acute care cardiology, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is an individual who holds a current state license to practice nursing. The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor requires knowledge regarding operational leadership of shift including patient flow and assignment/adjustment of resources to meet dynamic changing needs throughout the shift. The Clinical RN Supervisor will actively identify opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction, perform trials and report back to leadership on results.
