Wellstar Health System seeks a proactive RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care. You will practice under Nurse Supervisors/Office Managers and follow WellStar practice models and standards.

Qualified candidates uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act, state RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required and professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• National certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Current/active license as a registered nurse in Georgia; BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care across diverse populations.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care; interdisciplinary communication.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and Clinical Champion Forum activities.
• Plan for patient care across the continuum and develop protocols with care managers.
