• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience Required

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics in a culturally diverse setting.
• Partners with the patient and significant others using bedside shift report; interdisciplinary rounds; planned patient teaching and goals-focused care.
