Sign-on Bonus: MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 for eligible experienced RNs with 1-2 years of experience, and up to $20,000 for those with more than 2 years of RN experience. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.
The NICU/CCN in The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital is a 51-bed level III-IV unit, the largest ICU in Maine, with single rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. The unit works closely with various specialties and has 24/7 coverage by Neonatologists and APPs. It also has an active critical care transport team and a nurse-driven PICC team.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - 31 beds & Continuing Care NICU - 20 beds.
