Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division and be deemed competent to work independently.

Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, delivers nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying situations requiring further intervention, formulating and communicating goal-directed care plans, and ensuring patient rights are upheld. All duties are performed in accordance with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, values, and principles of quality improvement.

Qualifications
