We are currently hiring for 13-week contracts with significantly higher base pay, generous shift differentials, and benefits available for purchase. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the specific division and be deemed competent to work independently.

Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, the Clinical Nurse delivers nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying situations requiring further intervention, formulating goal-directed care plans, and ensuring patient rights. All duties are performed in accordance with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, values, and principles of quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida
• BSN required or ASN with one year of hospital experience and enrolled in a BSN program
• Pre-op experience and certification are strongly preferred
