Qualifications

• Associates or diploma in nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• RN license in Georgia or Compact (multistate).
• BLS/ARC Basic Life Support certification.
• Less than 1 year experience; direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively.
• Engage in performance improvement and adhere to professional practice standards.
