Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Focuses on promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years’ experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Preferred Skills: OR experience is highly desirable.
• Additional: Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices.

Additional Notes: The role involves responding to calls within 45 minutes, participating in weekend rotations, and working 8-hour shifts. The position emphasizes patient safety, professional growth, and compliance with healthcare standards.
