Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Illinois seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Emphasis on patient and family-centered care and education on illness management and post-treatment care.

You will participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
