Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri is seeking an RN for a part-time night-shift role to provide direct patient care, assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care with the team, following nursing standards.

Qualifications

Job description

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
They collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
The role requires critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• RN licensure; Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1 year RN experience (preferred: 2 years)
• Ability to work safely and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role
