Role Overview

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.

Qualifications & Skills

Nursing diploma or associate's degree; RN licensure required; bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience. No supervisory experience necessary. Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills required. Must work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety consciousness.
