Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the state.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication self-administration, refills, and safety.
• Audit MAR and narcotic counts for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and pharmacies for deliveries and destruction.
• Perform initial health screenings and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to monitor psychiatric meds and side effects.
• Ensure survey-readiness for state licensing and accrediting bodies.
