Qualifications

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR).
• Strong organizational skills to manage medical logistics for a large resident population.
• Excellent communication for collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Medication Management and Safety: oversee self-administration, audits, and pharmacist/ pharmacy communications.
• Resident Health and Coordination of Care: health assessments, collaborate with Medical Director, coordinate with PCPs and specialists.
• Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement: ensure survey-readiness, infection control policies, and participation in QI meetings.
