Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System seeks a Clinical Manager to lead nursing teams in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assess, plan, evaluate, and coordinate clinical services, with 24-hour accountability for the department and serving as a resource to staff.

Candidates should hold a BSN or MSN, be licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, and have demonstrated leadership and clinical judgment in a health-care setting.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN degree required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with one year of experience related to the patient population and/or unit specialty.
• Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and coordinate patient care and the clinical care delivery process as directed by the Nursing Service Director or Service Coordinator.
• Serve as a role model and resource to staff, demonstrating professional leadership and best practices.
• Maintain twenty-four hour accountability for the assigned department's operations.
