Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024, are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree, but obtaining the degree is not a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities on assigned shift.
• Support the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services.
• Provide managerial presence for all shifts and supervise clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Offer input for performance evaluation and participate in coaching, mentoring and collaboration to deliver quality care.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
