Job summary

Summit Health Management in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the Pre Operative, Operating Room, Recovery Room and GI Endoscopy nursing services within the ambulatory surgery center.

You will manage day-to-day clinical operations, coordinate with the Administrative Director, and ensure quality patient care while driving regulatory compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–4 years OR leadership (charge / lead) experience preferred.
• New Jersey State Registered Nurse License required.
• ACLS / PALS / BLS Required (BLS).
• AORN Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of day-to-day clinical operations of perioperative departments including oversight of personnel.
• Collaborate with Administrative Director to deliver care and services to ASC patients.
• Implement and revise ASC policies to improve quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform payroll, PTO management, and staff performance evaluations.

He/she shall be responsible for the direction, provision, and quality of Nursing Services provided to the patient in these areas.
