Job summary

DaVita in Wilson, NC is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with CPR, has 18+ months RN experience including 6+ months dialysis, ADN with BSN preferred, and is ready for Charge RN responsibilities. ICU/ER/Med-Surg background and CNN/CDN are a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval is required.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• ICU/ER/Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
