Qualifications
- Current valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with the served population.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; Associates or Bachelor's in nursing.
- Preferred: Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field, management, or business administration.
- Preferred: Valid BLS Healthcare Provider certification or equivalent.

Essential Functions
- Evaluate and improve clinical models and care delivery.
- Lead standards setting and best practices.
- Mentor staff and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transitions.
- Monitor workload, productivity, and risks.
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
- Manage budgets and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and handle patient/family concerns.
- Talent management including hiring, training, and performance assessment.
- Support program development and perform other duties as assigned.
