Qualifications

• BSN is required and RN license active.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• CPR certification current and valid nursing license.
• National certification in specialty area or willingness to obtain within a year.
• Coaching, mentoring, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer use and adaptable to new software.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory nursing requirements.
