Job summary

The Charles River Center seeks a Residential Registered Nurse / MAP Coordinator to oversee medication administration training, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement within the Residential Department in Needham, MA. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff, individuals served, and families, coordinating care and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include audits of nursing records, MAP certification training, on-site assessments, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active MA RN license.
• MAP teaching certification preferred within six months.
• Experience with DDS/DPH regulations and developmental disabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate care and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAP training and ensure certification compliance.
• Audit nursing records and ensure regulatory adherence.
