Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing.
- 2 years of RN experience in a relevant practice area.
- VA nursing license and CNL certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives from concept through outcome measurement.
- Evaluate clinical practices and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support regulatory readiness, accreditation, and compliance across ambulatory clinics.
- Promote evidence-based practice to strengthen care quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, clinic teams, and inter-disciplinary partners to advance strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and outcomes to guide decision-making and sustainable improvements.
- Influence care across multiple ambulatory clinics and specialties.
