Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing required.
- Two years of RN experience in a relevant practice area.
- VA nursing license and CNL certification required.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and outcome measurement.
- Evaluate clinical practices, standards, and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support regulatory, accreditation, and compliance initiatives across ambulatory clinics.
- Promote and implement evidence-based practice to strengthen care quality and consistency.
- Observe workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and patient experience.
- Partner with clinic teams and Nursing Professional Development leaders to advance strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and outcomes to guide decision-making and support sustainable improvements.
- Support multiple ambulatory clinics and specialties with a systems-level perspective.
