Dartmouth Health in Bedford, NH is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care within our professional practice framework. The role emphasizes patient safety, collaboration with the care team, and the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a 1.00 FTE commitment and a focus on mentoring colleagues, leadership, and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• NH RN license eligibility required; BLS certification required upon hire.

Mansioni

• Provide autonomous nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient status and modify care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
• Advocate for patients, uphold autonomy and informed consent.
• Mentor colleagues and model evidence-based practice.
