Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required
• CNL certification required or obtained within approved timeframe
• Current RN license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Provides bedside clinical leadership for a defined patient cohort and supports patient safety and care progression
• Performs real-time clinical surveillance and escalation of risks, delays, and deterioration
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care and leads rounds, throughput discussions, and discharge planning
• Implements evidence-based protocols and standards for patient care
• Uses dashboards and data to drive improvements in outcomes and documentation
• Coaches and mentors RNs and nursing assistants at the bedside
• Supports patient and family engagement and education
• Promotes scalable clinical practice improvements across units
