Qualifications

• BSN required from an accredited program.
• Licensed RN in North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting with leadership or precepting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical nursing practice with leadership on the unit and coordination of care.
• Education and professional development of staff and ongoing competency initiatives.
• HR management activities including staff performance feedback and retention efforts.
• Operational and fiscal management to meet budgetary goals and ensure adequate staffing.
