JEVS Human Services Career Center is seeking an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the Practical Nursing Program to oversee PN students during clinical rotations and lead practical skills lab assignments on campus.

The role focuses on engaging students in active learning, supervising patient assessments and medications, and providing instruction across long term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites to promote clinical competence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Engage students with active learning in the lab or clinical setting.
• Assist and supervise students with patient assessment, administration of medications and patient care procedures.
• Provide clinical instruction at long term care, sub-acute and acute clinical sites.
• Create a clinical environment which encourages the student’s academic growth and professional development.
• Engage in the evaluation processes of the Practical Nursing Program to evaluate students.
• Submit final grades and other program related materials in a timely manner.
• Engage on ongoing continuing education related to teaching responsibilities and clinical nursing practice.
