Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a compassionate pediatric registered nurse to provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, and evaluation under nursing standards in a homecare setting.

You will educate families, collaborate with the healthcare team, develop individualized care plans, and support safety and quality initiatives while delivering high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years pediatric nursing experience.
