LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

You will educate families on illness management, promote safety and quality, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop individualized care plans. This safety-sensitive position supports professional development and a structured nursing ladder.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ADN required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• 2+ years pediatric Critical Care experience preferred.

Job description

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and families, considering patient preferences and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, maintaining a safe work environment as a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; 2+ years of pediatric Critical Care experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
