The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. It involves utilizing critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN or ADN with RN licensure.
