Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago seeks a registered professional clinical nurse to coordinate care for a defined patient group, based on NMH nursing framework, adhering to ANA standards, ethics, and hospital policies.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will plan, implement, and evaluate care, mentor colleagues, and contribute to quality improvement while delivering compassionate, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois, Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.
• Analytic ability (conceptual and quantitative).
• Oral, listening and written communication skills.
• Strong human relation skills to interact effectively and collaborate with others in difficult situations.
