• Participates in discussion with interdisciplinary team in evaluation of patient care.
• Delivers care for patients with complex problems following standards and policies.
• Develops goals to promote professional growth and collaborates with unit goals.
• Assesses data from complex situations to determine priorities for care.
• Collaborates to plan care with patients/families and resources.
• Keeps abreast of relevant journals and ideas for practice.
