Qualifications

• At least 1 year RN experience; perinatal care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate patient and family care across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory and community settings.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care with evidence-based practices.
