Qualifications

• RN licensed in North Carolina required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
• Participate in education, evaluation, planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead and support unit goals and performance improvement activities.
• Assess patient and family needs and plan discharge accordingly.
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate care with appropriate resources.
